Title: Senior Leadership Human Performance Integration

Overview: This is an initial familiarization session and covers human performance integration. It also serves as a refresher or to re-zero the leadership team on human performance fundamentals.

Objectives:

  • Improve the understanding of the Management Team regarding Human Performance
  • Understand the ties and differences between Human Error Reduction strategies and other Safety/Productivity improvement strategies
  • Improve the capability of the Management Team to make Human Performance implementation related decisions
  • Understand different deployment mechanisms for Human Error Reduction strategies
