Effective Procedure and Process Writing Workshop

Concord, NC, USA    October 16 – 18, 2018

Randy’s passion is to provide tools and strategies to improve safety, personal interactions, and communications, both at home and work. Randy draws on work experiences from the electric power industry and his earlier work with Rob Fisher during the initial introduction of Human Performance in the nuclear power industry. Randy participated with the recent evolution of combining the general science of Human Performance with individual personality tendencies, which has given FIT professionals a new tool to help our clients effectively interact with others at a completely different level. Since joining FIT, Randy has consulted with high risk industry clients in the US, Thailand, and Netherlands. Randy lives in central Texas with his wife, and enjoys traveling and spending time with their children.
